Stainless Anchor Ultra 27kg

Wholesale price for Stainless Anchor Ultra 27kg ,

The 27 kg (60 lbs) Ultra Marine Stainless Steel 316 Anchor is globally recognized as the leading anchor due to its exceptional holding power and grip. Its optimal weight distribution ensures proper positioning at the ideal angle for penetration, while its concave surface provides a secure hold in various sea and wind conditions.

The unique rear base design prevents the chain from tangling with the mast, facilitating safe and effortless recovery from any entanglement.

Cutting-Edge Design

The ULTRA anchor range represents the forefront of anchor technology and design. Each anchor is meticulously handcrafted from high-quality 316 stainless steel and polished to perfection, resulting in a product that exemplifies excellence.

Compatible with all types of vessels, the ULTRA anchor fits securely on the bow roller of sailboats up to 47 feet, powerboats up to 53 feet, and catamarans up to 43 feet.

It emphasizes the importance of correct weight distribution and design for both setting and recovering your anchor. Notably, if any ULTRA anchor is inverted, it will automatically return to its attack position.

Exceptional Performance Features

• Immediate Set: The anchor grips upon its first drop, holding securely without shifting.
• Enhanced Holding Power: Sinks deeper and maintains excellent grip under increasing wind conditions, remaining secure even with changing wind directions.
• Effortless Recovery: The anchor aligns automatically when attached to a boat pulley, ensuring a smooth settling onto the pulley.
• Durable Construction: Made from 316L and 318LN stainless steel, it requires no galvanization.

Technical Specifications

• Hollow Stem: Concentrates the weight at the anchor tip for improved performance.
• Tubular Construction: Prevents the anchor from lying on its back, allowing instant recovery to the attack position and proper loading on the bow roller.
• Lead-Filled Tip: Ensures optimal weight distribution for effective penetration in challenging seabed conditions.
• Anti-Slip Point: Positioned on the bottom to prevent slipping and allow immediate placement when the anchor is moved.
• Curved Tip: Designed to ensure continuous fitting under adverse weather conditions, facilitating instant anchoring even if the anchor is not in the ideal position.
• Maximum Holding Power Base: The concave base resembles a spade, providing extreme holding power with a broader surface area than conventional anchors, resulting in a more secure grip.
• Flat Bottom Base: Enables easy recovery; when pulling the anchor from the seabed, it pivots on the flat section for a smooth release (ensure that the boat is directly above the anchor).
• Side Plates: Prevents release during changing wind or tide conditions, allowing the anchor to perform a full 180-degree rotation while remaining buried. This design also aids in transport and maintains consistent geometry on the bow rollers.
• Anti-Tangle Barrier: Prevents the chain from wrapping around the anchor stem, ensuring a reliable fit and allowing the placement of a trap line.
• Reinforced Eye: The reinforced eye of the stem withstands extreme loads without bending, breaking, or failing.
• Anchor Weight Detail: The weight of the anchor is stamped on the stem, clearly indicating size in both kilograms and pounds.
• Serial Number: Each ULTRA anchor is stamped with a unique serial number for easy identification.

In summary, the ULTRA anchor combines innovative design with high-quality materials to deliver exceptional performance and reliability for all sailing enthusiasts.
