• Install a check valve in the suction line to prevent backflow.
• If the autoclave has not been used for an extended period, ensure that the internal tank pressure is equal to or less than 0.2 bar below the minimum calibration pressure of the pressure switch.

Construction Features
Our pressure systems typically come equipped with:

• An electric pump, available in the J-mini, J-INOX, JBR, or PB types (detailed voltage and performance specifications can be found in the specification table).
• A 2-liter cylindrical stainless steel tank (2X), a 2-liter tank made of painted steel with a stainless steel flange (2L), an 8-liter stainless steel tank (8X), or an 8-liter tank crafted from painted rolled steel with a stainless steel flange (8L). All tanks include an internal membrane made from food-grade butyl.
• A standard adjustable pressure switch, calibrated between 1.4 and 2.8 bar, as indicated in the specification table.
• A pressure gauge for monitoring.
• A 5-way brass connector for easy installation.
