Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Return & Refund Policy governs the conditions under which products purchased from Electroblau may be returned, exchanged or refunded.By placing an order through the Electroblau website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted the provisions of this Policy together with the Terms & Conditions of Sale.Nothing contained in this Policy shall affect any statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Where the Customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, the Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which the goods are received.To exercise this right, the Customer shall notify Electroblau by email before the expiry of the withdrawal period.Following receipt of such notification, Electroblau shall provide the Customer with instructions regarding the return procedure.Returned goods must be dispatched without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after notification of withdrawal.The burden of proving that the right of withdrawal has been exercised within the applicable period shall rest with the Customer.
3. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the returned product shall:
- be complete and include all supplied accessories, manuals and components;
- be returned in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible;
- show no signs of misuse, accidental damage or modification;
- be in a condition suitable for resale, except where handling has been necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or functioning of the product.
Electroblau reserves the right to reduce the amount of any refund where the value of the returned goods has diminished due to handling beyond that reasonably necessary for inspection.
4. Return Authorisation
Prior to returning any product, the Customer shall contact Electroblau Customer Support and request return authorisation.
The request should include:
- Order Number;
- Customer Name;
- Product Identification;
- Reason for the return;
- Supporting photographs where applicable.
Products returned without prior authorisation may be refused or experience delays in processing.Granting return authorisation shall not constitute acceptance of the Customer’s claim.Each return shall remain subject to inspection after receipt.
5. Incorrect, Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
The Customer shall inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.
Any claim relating to:
- products damaged during transport;
- products delivered in error;
- incomplete deliveries;
- missing components;
shall be reported within five (5) calendar days following delivery.The Customer shall provide clear photographs showing:
- the product;
- the external packaging;
- the internal packaging where relevant;
- shipping labels;
- any visible damage.
Failure to notify Electroblau within this period may affect the ability to investigate the claim.Where Electroblau determines that the claim is valid, an appropriate remedy shall be provided, which may include repair, replacement, supply of missing components or refund.
6. Faulty Products and Warranty Claims
Products supplied by Electroblau benefit from the statutory legal guarantee applicable under European Union consumer legislation together with any additional manufacturer’s commercial warranty where provided.Where a product develops a manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, the Customer shall notify Electroblau without undue delay.Electroblau may request additional information including photographs, videos or technical information to facilitate assessment of the reported defect.
Following inspection, Electroblau may, where appropriate:
- repair the product;
- replace the defective product;
- replace defective components;
- provide an equivalent replacement;
- issue a full or partial refund where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.
Warranty claims remain subject to technical evaluation and, where applicable, manufacturer approval.
7. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty shall not apply where defects arise from:
- improper installation;
- misuse;
- negligence;
- accidental damage;
- corrosion resulting from improper maintenance;
- modifications not authorised by the manufacturer;
- commercial use where the product is intended solely for private use;
- normal wear and tear;
- failure to follow installation or operating instructions.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Where the return results from:
- an incorrect product supplied by Electroblau;
- transport damage;
- a confirmed manufacturing defect;
- any other error attributable to Electroblau,
reasonable return shipping costs shall be borne by Electroblau.
Where the Customer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal for reasons unrelated to product defects or seller error, return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.Electroblau reserves the right to specify the carrier or shipping method to be used for authorised returns.
9. Refunds
Refunds shall only be processed following receipt and inspection of the returned goods.Where a return is approved, reimbursement shall be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.Refunds shall normally be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days following completion of the inspection process.Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment service providers.Electroblau shall not be responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
10. Non-Returnable Products
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following products are not eligible for return after delivery:
- personalised or custom-made products;
- products manufactured according to customer specifications;
- sealed products unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened;
- software or digital products activated after delivery;
- products damaged through misuse or unauthorised modification.
11. Packaging Requirements
Products returned to Electroblau shall be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transportation.Whenever reasonably possible, original packaging should be used.Where damage occurs during return transit as a result of inadequate packaging, Electroblau reserves the right to reject the related claim or reduce the amount refunded accordingly.
12. Inspection and Processing
Inspection periods vary depending upon:
- product type;
- complexity of the reported issue;
- manufacturer procedures;
- availability of replacement components.
Electroblau shall use reasonable efforts to process all return and warranty requests without unnecessary delay.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing contained in this Policy shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under applicable legislation.Except where otherwise required by mandatory law, Electroblau shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of products supplied.
