The John Guest Speedfit push-fit plastic fitting is suitable for connecting plastic or copper pipe in hot or cold water systems. The female connector features a 3/4″ BSP female connection and a Speedfit connection for 15mm pipe. This push-fit pipe connector has a lead free and non toxic construction and is free from scale build up and corrosion.
To install simply push the fitting fully onto the pipe and twist the plastic nut clockwise to lock in place. To remove the connection, unlock the nut and push the collet towards the body of the fitting and pull the pipe to release. The push-fit fitting makes installation easier for confined places, installation can be reduced by around 40% compared to standard fixing methods.
