The Bowman FH100-3182-2 heat exchanger with a three-pass marine header tank is expertly designed for engines producing 82 kW or 110 HP. This heat exchanger is compatible with various engine models, including the Ford BSD-329/32/3/H, Ford BSD-442/4, and Gardner 4LW, among others.

It features a 1″ BSP raw water inlet connection on one side and a 1″ BSP raw water outlet connection on the opposite side. Additionally, it includes a 45 mm connection for fresh water.

Bowman advises against the use of zinc anodes, as the heat exchanger tubes are constructed from a copper-nickel alloy, which does not require them. Installing a zinc anode could damage the naturally occurring protective copper oxide layer on the tubes, leaving the material susceptible to deterioration.
