Solas propellers undergo an advanced die-casting process, making them stronger and more durable than traditional cast products. This method results in a nearly non-porous propeller with a finer grain structure compared to casting alternatives. Each Solas aluminum propeller is coated with four layers of high-quality paint, utilizing sophisticated painting techniques to ensure excellent corrosion resistance.

Each propeller is subjected to over 500 hours of testing in a saltwater spray tank, simulating more than six months of typical usage in saltwater conditions.
