The Tessilmare Radial is meticulously engineered for the marine industry and can be assembled in minutes. This patented protection system consists of two main components:

• A sturdy bar that can be securely fastened to the boat using screws or rivets, with no need for specialized tools.
• A flexible rubber profile that connects to the base. This continuous insert is available in custom-cut coils to minimize waste.

The Radial PVC rails can be manually bent in any direction without the need for heating. They are 70% faster to assemble, cost-effective, easy to repair, and quick to reinstall.

Joint and end caps are available in two materials: PVC and stainless steel. The Radial is suitable for all marine applications, including boats and yachts with box joints.

Easy Installation

For installation, simply secure the duralene bar using screws or Sika adhesive, and then slide the protective profile over the bar. The protective profile of a boat can incorporate both style and functionality. Tessilmare’s patented protection profiles combine high impact resistance with elegance and affordability. Their innovative designs have redefined the appearance of traditional protection rails.

Benefits of the Radial Protection Profile

The Radial protection profiles offer a continuous and aesthetically pleasing solution, with no visible joints or sharp edges, resulting in a cleaner and more attractive finish compared to standard multi-piece protection rails.

The installation process is straightforward; it involves securing rail sections to the hull and snapping the outer cover over the rail. The cover can be easily unrolled from a bulk coil, and the included end caps complete the installation.

One of the main advantages of the Radial Protection Rail is its simple installation, which requires no specialized tools. Its flexible PVC cover allows for easy adjustment, even in cold weather, eliminating the need for heating.

Once installed, the sections of the rail are completely hidden by the cover, providing a smooth and aerodynamic appearance. The kit includes all the necessary components: a continuous roll of soft protective rail cover, the appropriate number of semi-rigid vinyl mounting rail sections, two vinyl end caps, and a vinyl joint cover cap.
